Technicolor Stardust Bubbles

DECEMBER 12, 2022

I get inspired at around three in the morning when the rest of the world is sleeping. It seems like people start getting careless with their dreams about that time, and dreams begin floating down my street.

I sit on my front steps and watch them drift by in technicolor stardust bubbles. It’s a good way to find out what kind of neighbors I have and if they have any imagination.

One time I saw the dream bubble of an eighth grader who lives next door to me. He was riding a giraffe down an aisle in Walmart and singing “I Will Always Love You” into an empty cardboard wrapping-paper tube.

I liked him a whole lot more after I saw that.

Thank you so much for reading my blog.
