
Rachel Hutcheson is a writer, songwriter, and performer. She is the author of The Almost True Tales, Thoughts, and Observations of a Lifelong Black Sheep Rebel Girl and The Black Sheep Rebel Girl Rises Again: Whimsical Tales and Truthful Lies, which was a #1 New Release on Amazon. In 2014 she won the Nashville Songwriters Association International/Country Music Television Song Contest Listeners’ Choice Award. Many of her songs have been recorded and released by Nashville artists. Rachel graduated from Western Michigan University with a degree in theatre and spent several years performing in plays, musicals, and improvisational theatre. She has lived in Kalamazoo, MI, NYC, Chicago, and Los Angeles, and now lives in Nashville with her husband, Bob. She met Bob at a party in college. It was love at first sight.
